Nomadas Adventure offers several packages for this event.
Each of them are variants of this main offer, please read carefully.
Reservation of any product may not be refundable but transferable if conditions are met.
Our rentals are in perfect race conditions; motorcycles mounts new tires, mouss, is freshly serviced and prepared for each day of the race.
 
Transport: is calculated from our base in Sins, Switzerland. Please consult for special pick up locations. Additional transport items: 1 set of tires with or without rim, 1 tool box standard rally size and 1 gear bag. For those renting, a gear bag can also be transported.
We may be able to pick up on route to destination for the same price, please check with us.
 
Registration to race:, It is the riders responsibility to register and pay entry fees. We offer support. Register at the race in the correct category for a KTM EXC-F 450.
 
Accomodation: Nomadas do not arrange hotels except in some of the race packages. Please check the race event details.
 
Price discounts: The earlier you book the better the price. We love to plan ahead and therefor we offer a great deal for those who like us prefer to plan. Last minute may not be possible, rentals are limited and spots for service or transport also.
Retail: Standard sales price, we will make your race possible.
Early Rider: For those planning ahead, helping us organise in time.
Early Bird: For those that help us reserve the perfect spot.
It's no secret, we need at least a few riders to support in a race. If this offer is up, we are going. The earlier we know how many riders we have on our team, the bigger the setup. We have a very prepared van, a fantastic truck or both might be needed.
 
Prices: Are detailed in the price section, please note that Bike Rentals are reservation only, and that the last payment must be done at least a month before the start of race.
 
Payment: Due to the amount of some of our services we allow partial and later bank transfer. Your booking is confirmed via Credit Card payment and the last payment must be fulfilled no later than a month before the race starts. Cash payments are accepted, but must be agreed upon.

Service pack included:
Each day after the race your bike will be prepared for the next day so that you have more time to rest and prepare: focus on racing, we take care of your ride!
Preparing and setting the bike before the race
Daily motorcycle control (filter, oil, chain ect.)
Daily motorcycle washing (if possible)
Change tires and mousses when necessary (material not included)
Repairs (if possible)
Installation of accessories and personal items
Use of our tools
Oil changes (materials are not included in the price)
Clean of air-filter every day
Spare parts service (parts are not included in price)
hospitality area with soft drinks, snacks, water and coffee
Team Clothing (Cap, T-Shirt)
 
Not included:
Registration at the rally, fee or insurance
Rental of tracking device required by the organisation
Hotels or transfers

Nomadas Adventure is compromised with safety, no rider will be allowed to start if not fully equiped. Our ultimate goal is you experience the race, the adventure and truly enjoy an amazing experience.
